Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before booking your first cleaning.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning covers the main living areas of your home including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. We clean countertops, sinks, toilets, showers and tubs, stovetop exteriors, mirrors, surfaces, and floors throughout the home. It's designed to maintain a clean home on a regular basis rather than address heavy buildup or rarely-cleaned areas.

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

A standard cleaning maintains your home's cleanliness on a regular basis. A deep cleaning is more thorough and takes more time — it covers areas that standard cleaning doesn't typically include, such as inside appliances, tile grout, baseboards, door frames, cabinet interiors, and other detail areas. If this is your first professional cleaning or your home needs extra attention, a deep clean is usually the right starting point.

Do you offer weekly and biweekly cleaning?

Yes. We offer weekly, biweekly (every two weeks), and monthly recurring cleaning schedules. Recurring cleaning is a great way to keep your home consistently clean without having to think about it. You can choose the frequency that fits your household's needs and budget.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not necessarily. Many clients are at work or out running errands while we clean. As long as we have a way to access the home — a key, lockbox code, or door code — we can take care of everything while you're away. If you prefer to be home, that's completely fine too.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Please reach out when you request your quote and we can confirm what our current supply policy is. Some clients prefer that we use their own products, particularly if they have preferences for specific brands or sensitivity to certain chemicals. We're happy to work with whatever approach makes the most sense for your household.

How long does cleaning take?

Cleaning time depends on the size of your home, its current condition, and the type of service. A standard cleaning for a smaller home may take one to two hours, while a larger home or a deep clean can take considerably longer. We'll give you a better estimate when you request a quote and share your home's details.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. We understand that pets are part of the family and we're happy to clean homes with animals. If you have pets, please let us know when you request a quote so we can plan accordingly. It's also helpful to know where pets will be during the cleaning — some clients prefer to secure their animals in a separate area during our visit.

Do you offer move-out cleaning?

Yes. Our move-out cleaning service is designed to leave your home or rental in clean condition for the next occupant. We cover kitchens, bathrooms, floors, baseboards, appliances, and more. Move-out cleaning is also available for landlords and property managers preparing a unit between tenants.

Do you clean Airbnb properties?

Yes. We provide turnover cleaning for Airbnb hosts and short-term rental property owners. We clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, living areas, and bedrooms so your property is guest-ready for each new arrival. We coordinate scheduling based on your booking calendar so turnovers happen on time.

How do I request a quote?

The easiest way is to fill out our free quote request form — just tell us about your home, your preferred service, and the best way to reach you, and we'll follow up promptly. You can also call or text us directly if you prefer to talk through the details. There's no obligation and no pressure.

Can I request additional cleaning tasks?

Yes. If there are specific areas or tasks you'd like us to focus on — or things you'd prefer we skip — just let us know when you request your quote or before your scheduled cleaning. We want the service to fit your home's actual needs, and clear communication helps us do our best work.

What happens if my home requires extra cleaning?

If we arrive and find that the home requires significantly more time or effort than anticipated — for example, due to heavy buildup or conditions not reflected in the original quote — we'll communicate with you before proceeding. We don't want any surprises on either side, so we'll let you know what we're seeing and discuss the best path forward.
